Refunds and re-renders

Thirty days, either way

If a clip is unusable — a rendering fault, a file that will not open, footage that does not match its preview — ask within 30 days of purchase and choose a refund or a replacement render. Email hello@adstock.example with the clip name and your Stripe receipt.

If a clip is withdrawn

If an asset is withdrawn after a rights or likeness complaint, we contact everyone who licensed it and offer the same choice: a refund, or a replacement of comparable footage. Stop using a withdrawn clip in new placements; work already published in good faith may remain published.

What is not refundable

• A clip that works as previewed but did not suit your edit. Every clip is previewable in full before you buy.
• A clip you have already published where nothing is wrong with the asset itself.

How refunds are paid

Back to the card that paid, through Stripe. Bank posting times are the bank's, usually 5 to 10 business days.

Test build

This storefront runs Stripe in test mode. No real card is charged and no real refund is owed. Card 4242 4242 4242 4242 with any future expiry and any CVC completes a test purchase.
