- Resell the clip itself as stock, in a template, or in an asset pack.
- Present the performer as a real customer, endorser, or employee.
- Train a model on the clip or regenerate the performer's likeness.
- Attach a drug name or a health claim to what the performer is doing.
What you actually own
This is a license, not an assignment. adstock retains all rights, title and interest it holds in the asset, including any copyright to the extent one subsists, and licenses the same asset to other customers. Any vendor promising exclusive copyright in purely AI-generated footage is promising something the US Copyright Office says may not exist. Read the license.
