adstock ASSET LICENSE — version v1.1
=========================================

1. GRANT
adstock grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use,
reproduce, edit, and publicly display this asset in commercial and non-commercial work,
including advertising, social media, websites, apps, broadcast, and print.

2. NOT A TRANSFER OF COPYRIGHT
This is a license, not an assignment. adstock retains all rights, title and interest it
holds in the asset, including any copyright to the extent one subsists, and licenses the
same asset to other customers. Nothing here transfers ownership. A purely AI-generated
frame may not be copyrightable at all under US law, so neither party should assume an
exclusive copyright exists in this asset.

3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
   a. Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the asset as stock footage, as part of a stock
library, template marketplace, or asset pack, or in any form where the asset itself is
      the product being sold.
   b. Present the performer as a real customer, a real endorser, or a real employee.
   c. Use the asset to train a machine-learning model, or to generate a synthetic likeness
of the performer outside this asset.
   d. Use the asset in adult, hateful, defamatory, or unlawful material, or in political
advertising that implies a real person's endorsement.
   e. Attach a drug name, health claim, or medical outcome to the performer's conduct. See
      clause 6.

4. AI DISCLOSURE — YOUR OBLIGATION
The performer is AI-generated. Where your jurisdiction requires a synthetic-media
disclosure (New York GBL s.396-b applies from June 2026), you must carry the disclosure
line shipped alongside this asset. adstock supplies the line; displaying it is yours.

5. TESTIMONIAL AND ENDORSEMENT USE
If your edit reads as a testimonial or an endorsement, it is a dramatization and must be
labeled as such (16 CFR Part 465 / Part 255). No real customer's experience is depicted.

6. REGULATED CATEGORIES
For pharmaceutical, supplement, medical-device, and financial use you are responsible for
your own regulatory compliance, including FDA and FTC requirements. No clip in this
catalogue names a drug or makes a health claim, and you must not add one in a way that
implies the performer is a patient or clinician.

7. LIKENESS
The performer was generated from a text prompt with an explicit instruction not to
resemble any real person or public figure. No real person's face, voice, or likeness was
used as input. If you believe an asset resembles a real person, write to
takedown@adstock.example and we will review and, if warranted, withdraw it.

8. WARRANTY AND LIMIT OF LIABILITY
The asset is supplied "as is". adstock warrants that it holds the rights it grants here
and that generation used commercially licensed models. adstock does not warrant that the
asset is unique or free of every third-party claim, and no generative model vendor offers
that warranty today. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for this asset.

9. REFUND AND RE-RENDER
If an asset is unusable, or is withdrawn after a rights complaint, you may request a
refund or a replacement render within 30 days of purchase.

10. TERMINATION
The license ends if you breach clause 3. Work already published in good faith before
   termination may remain published.
